After the first quarter of the nineteenth century, many of Easton's prosperous merchants developed Goldsborough Street, making it one of Easton's more fashionable neighborhoods.  This High Victorian was one of the first built during this period shortly after 1880.  

Named for Dr. Dickinson's family's ancestral home, this property boasts a large 1100 square foot two bedroom unit, which can be easily converted to a large master suite, as well as two one bedroom units and a fourth efficiency unit.  All have hardwood floors, on site laundry facilities, ceramic tile baths and kitchens.  All units have been professionally decorated each with its own particular style.
