Dickinson Holdings is the brain child of an Emergency Medicine Physician, Dr. Eva Dickinson.  After listening to the many horror stories of the woefully inadequate housing for visiting nurses, internists and other medical professionals, Dr. Dickinson decided she could do better.  She embarked on a campaign of purchasing only properties that could meet her exacting standards.  The number one criterion for all of Dr. Dickinson's apartments is they must provide the ambiance of a historic inn not the sterility of cookie cutter corporate units.

When you lease from Dickinson Holdings, you also have access to our exclusive concierge service.  Our staff is available to make your transition to "Shore living" as smooth as possible seven days a week.  Corporate Housing is ideal for business travelers and relocating families; as well as government and military assignments, business projects, those with insurance loss, or who have real estate needs. Our leisure Guests also find the added space of serviced apartments makes for a more relaxing and stress-free vacation.    

Who We Are

Dr. Eva C. Dickinson, the controlling partner of Dickinson Holdings, is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician.  Dr. Dickinson is a native of the Eastern Shore and after completing her studies at Mt. Sinai Medical School and residencies and fellowships at:   Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA; West Virginia University Hospital at Morgantown, WV; York Hospital in York, PA and Hershey Hospital in Hershey, PA  she returned to give back to the community she loves.  

Richard Schmick , Dr. Dickinson's husband, is also a native Eastern Shoreman.  An attorney, whose practice is primarily in the field of estate planning, commercial/real eastate transactions and tax law, Rick, is the managing partner of the company, and will probably greet you upon your arrival.
