Dickinson Holdings is a real estate investment firm that invests primarily in residential and commercial properties on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  Our offices are centrally located in Talbot County, called the "Hamptons" of the Chesapeake.  You can find our offices in Easton, Maryland, the Eastern Shore's Colonial Capital. 

What We Do

We are engaged primarily in the short term leasing of residential units to visiting professionals.  We offer both furnished and unfurnished residential units for stays as short as a night, three months, or as long as a year.  Our furnished units are professionally decorated and offer all amenities including en suite laundry facilities, linens and household goods.  Our clients include many national employment agencies in search of short term housing for their professional clients.  

What's New?

We've finished Biery West Commons, our next project will be to begin an exterior renovation of Benholm's front facade.  We will be removing the asbestos shingles and return the structure to its original German clapboard and then begin repainting of the exterior.
